Welcome to and thank you for joining Church HR Network’s HR360 subscription. We are here to support your ministry and HR needs. We are always just a phone call or email away. Here are a few tips for getting started:

Click 'Group' and scroll down to 'Add users.' That is where you will add your volunteers and staff when you are ready for them to do their trainings. When you add users, they automatically/immediately receive a welcome email from us so they can log in. We strongly recommend that you contact them separately and tell them to look for the welcome email from [email protected], and they should check spam/junk if it is not in their inbox. This will also give you the opportunity to instruct them to take the courses and give deadlines for completion.
Also on the 'Group' tab, after you add your users, you can click 'select user courses' for each user and assign specific trainings. Users with no assigned training will see all our training courses by default when they log in, which can be confusing to them if they aren’t sure which training to do. After you check the boxes to designate trainings for each user, scroll down a bit and click the yellow button to 'save course updates.'
Click 'Courses' to see a list of all the trainings we offer, preview the training videos, and complete your own trainings.
Click 'Documents' to access our document library, where you can download samples and templates of things you may need.
The 'Videos' tab houses our quick tip video library, which will be growing in the near future.
