When should I call the help desk?
We are happy to help when you call us at 888-807-2476 if you have any questions about using the dashboard or navigating a training module.
Why is the video freezing or not moving on to the quiz?
If you are having trouble with your video freezing up or not being able to advance to the quiz when the video is complete, it is most likely a problem with your computer’s browser. We wish this was something we could control, but the good news is that we can give you tips for solving the problem.
  • Use Chrome as your browser. It works best with our system, whereas Safari and Firefox may give you trouble. Microsoft Edge will also work well.
    • If the video froze before it was completed, try clearing your browsing history, including cookies. Here’s how to do that in Chrome:
      • On your computer, open Chrome.
      • At the top right, click More .
      • Click History > History.
      • On the left, click Clear browsing data.
      • Select how much history you want to delete.
      • To clear everything, select All time.
      • Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to clear, including Browsing history.
      • Click Clear data.
Next, close your browser and restart your computer. Then log in to churchHRnetwork.com again and navigate to the training, and now the video should play entirely. (If this will be the third or fourth time you hear the video as a result of this problem, feel free to do something else or mute the sound while the video plays so you don’t go nuts!)
  • If the video played completely but you can’t move on to the quiz, did you click the button below the video window to “Mark complete”? Do not use your browser’s “back button” or go back to the lesson list; rather, click that red “Mark complete” button to go directly to the quiz. See the screenshot below for reference.

How will I receive my certificate?
Once you complete a training, your certificate will automatically be sent to your email. You can also view it through your HR360 dashboard. Navigate to the Courses page and click “View Certificate” next to the training you’ve completed to download.
Why can’t I move past the questions?
You must get every question right before you’re able to move on to the next section. Re-take the quiz as many times as you need in order to move on.
Why can’t I move past the video?
You are required to fully complete the video before moving on to the questions. Ensure the video is complete before clicking “Mark Compete”.
Do training certificates expire?
Yes, certification for Harassment Prevention Training, Mandated Reporter Training and Child Abuse Recognition & Reporting Training expires after two years. The system will notify users 30 days prior to expiration so they know it’s time to renew their training. Please note that other courses, such as Safety and Security for WVPP training, may have different renewal requirements.
How do I access the trainings?
Once you’ve logged into HR360 you’ll find trainings under the “Courses” tab in your account. Click the text “View Details” next to the course you’d like to complete and get started!
My ministry is in California. What courses do we need to comply with AB 506 and Business and Professions Code 18975?
All your employees must take “Mandated Reporter Training (CA only)” and volunteers take “Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training for Volunteers (CA only)”.
How do I know if a course is for employees or volunteers?
To determine whether a course is intended for employees or volunteers, click on the My Group tab and navigate to Manage Courses. This will display a complete list of available trainings. Look for the column titled "Applies To", which specifies whether the training is designed for employees or volunteers.

Document Library

I can’t find what I’m looking for. Can you help?

Some documents are marked “New!” or “Updated!” What exactly does that mean?
If a document is marked "New!", it means it is brand-new and was added to our library in the last 30 days. Documents marked "Updated!" were improved, tweaked, or otherwise updated in the last 30 days.
Does the library have a search function?
Yes! To help you quickly find what you need amongst the 200+ documents we offer, click in the “Search Library” box on the far right. Type in a topic or key word, and we’ll show you what we have.
Can I share a document with another ministry?
The documents in the library are for use by Church HR Network members only and are not to be replicated for or distributed to other entities or people. Usage is restricted to ministry operational purposes within our member organizations. If you know a ministry that needs a document or other HR guidance, let us know about them, or give them our support team’s number – 888-807-2476 - so we can assist them.
Can I revise a document and put our organization’s logo on it?
Yes! These are samples intended for your customization. In many cases, the samples require your additional information in designated areas to make the document accurate for your ministry. You can change also the look and branding of the sample. However, take care not to alter the wording in a way that may nullify its compliance with state and federal law. When it doubt, give our support team a call at 888-807-2476.

Group

Can I assign a due date for a user to complete a training?
Yes! To assign a due date for a user to complete a training, navigate to the My Group tab in your HR360 account. Under the Manage Users section, find the user you want to assign a course to and click the Actions button (three dots). Select Manage Courses from the dropdown menu. On the next page, you’ll see both assigned and unassigned courses for the user. Enter a due date for the course you wish to assign, then click the yellow Assign button to complete the process.
How do I send a reminder email to a user?

To remind a user of their training deadline, navigate to the My Group tab and select Manage Users. Locate the user you wish to remind, then click the Actions button (three dots) on the far right. From the dropdown menu, choose Email User. Under Select a Subject, choose Upcoming Due Date. Fill in the date and course title in the provided email template, and make any additional adjustments as needed. Once the message is complete, check the box confirming you’ve reviewed it for accuracy, then click the Send Email button.

Can I reset a training for a user to retake it prior to expiration?

Yes! Navigate to the My Group tab and select Manage Users. Locate the user for whom you want to reset the course, then click the Actions button (three dots) on the far right. Choose Manage Courses from the dropdown menu. Under the Enrolled Courses section, find the course you wish to reset and click the Actions button (three dots) on the far right. Select Reset Course Progress, and the course will be reset for the user to retake.

How do I access someone’s certificate?
To access a user's training certificate, start by navigating to the My Group tab in your HR360 account. Under the Manage Users section, locate the user whose certificate you wish to view. Click on the % under the Progress column, which will take you to a page displaying their training details. If the user has completed a course, you’ll see a Download option in the Certificate column. Simply click on it to download a PDF of the training certificate.
Can I assign specific training?
Yes! To assign specific training, start by navigating to the My Group tab in your HR360 account. Under the Manage Users section, locate the user you wish to assign a course to and click on the Actions button (the three dots). Select Manage Courses from the dropdown menu. This will take you to a page showing both the courses already assigned to the user and any unassigned courses. Simply enter a due date for the course you want to assign and click the yellow Assign button to complete the process.
Do my users have all the same dashboard access as my group leaders?
No. In addition to completing their own trainings, group leaders can see and manage the list of users, assign trainings to users, access the Document and Video Libraries, and more. Users can only complete the training courses assigned by the group leaders.
I used all the available seats in my account. Can I get more?

Can I use the training modules for our employees AND volunteers?
Absolutely!
How do I remove a user from my group?
If an employee or volunteer no longer needs to be part of your group, you can easily remove them to keep your list accurate and updated. Navigate to the My Group tab and go to the Manage Users section. Locate the user’s name in your list and click on the Actions button (three dots) on the far right. From the dropdown menu, select Remove User, then click the Remove button to confirm the action. This will remove the user from your group list, but they will remain in our system for record-keeping and training certification purposes.
How do I add people to my group for training?
To add people to your group for training, navigate to the My Group tab in your HR360 account. Under the Manage Users section, click on the yellow Add Users button. You can choose to add a single user by selecting Add One, or add up to 10 users at a time by selecting Add Multiple. For larger groups, use the Upload Users option to upload a .csv spreadsheet with user details. When adding new users, enter their name and email address. You also have the option to assign a password or allow the system to generate one, which the user can choose to change later.
What are “users”?
Users are the people you add to your group. When they log in, they can update their own user profile info and complete their assigned training(s). You can designate up to six users in your group as “group leaders.” They will have admin-level permission to enroll users, assign training, download certificates, etc.

Video Library

How are these videos different from training courses?
The Video Library contains our Quick Tip videos for group leaders, which are short overviews of a single HR or safety and security topic. They serve as easy reminders about key information you need for the operation of your ministry. They do not include quizzes, and no certificate is generated. You can rewatch them as often as you like. More videos are added periodically.
